POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUÇÃO
Pode devolver o calçado no prazo de 14 dias após a entrega para troca ou reembolso, desde que o item esteja em estado de novo e não esteja usado. Após autorização da devolução/troca ou reembolso, os artigos devem ser devolvidos segundo as instruções para o efeito num prazo máximo de 3 dias. Os custos de envio não são reembolsáveis. As despesas com trocas e devoluções são por conta do comprador. Itens personalizados e ou feitos por medida não são reembolsáveis. Não trocamos itens nem fazemos reembolsos com base na fotografia do produto, exceto se a imagem tiver um erro, como por exemplo pertencer a outro item. Todas as devoluções devem ser autorizadas por e-mail antes do envio. Os itens devolvidos sem autorização podem ser recusados no momento da entrega.

We ship worldwide via postal service and express delivery.

RETURN POLICY
You may return the footwear within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund, provided the item is in new and unused condition. After return/exchange or refund authorization, items must be returned according to the given instructions within a maximum of 3 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and exchange expenses are the buyer’s responsibility. Customized and/or made-to-order items are non-refundable. We do not exchange items or offer refunds based on product photographs unless the image has an error, such as depicting a different item. All returns must be authorized via email before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon delivery.
